why are you trying to lose weight? based on your previous picture of your legs, you don't NEED to lose any. and to lose it fast is very hard. proper diet and adequate exercise is the only way, there are no shortcuts. please don't try anything unsafe, your body is absolutely fine, don't think otherwise.

Miley is such an inspiration to me. I used to have legs like hers can you believe it…. but it was 1 year ago… why…. it’s ok I’m more determined to lose weight and burn fats now!! Who’s with me?? :)

I’ve been trying to lose weight and fats fast but recently for the past 2 weeks I had some slip ups here and there. And now I can feel inches of fats layering and I feel so horrible. I used to run. I was an awesome runner. But I have problems with my calves and thighs inflammation problems so I can only be stuck with the elliptical.

GUYS HELP ME. I FEEL LIKE DYING. I just totally binged at night!!!!! I am so afraid of going back to the old me when I just keep binging and thinking that I can burn them all off at the gym! Help me!! I need to stop my binging disorder! I want to die.
